While we started out as a shaved ice food trailer, we understand that not everybody is a fan of shaved ice, but still like a cool treat. We got you covered! We have a full service soda fountain on board to aid in making milkshakes, malts, floats and sundaes! You can also pick any of our flavors or combination there of and we'll make it into a soda using that craveable NUGGET ICE! We can make it with caffeine using lotus syrup or without caffeine, and also sugar free (limited SF flavors) if you desire!

WHO WE ARE
Ever notice how most shaved ice places are tropical themed? (Did you know the roots of shaved ice originated from Japanese plantation laborers in Hawaii that had this idea as a way to cool off?) We are taking a little different approach. The ice is what makes our product cold, but the Airstream we use is what makes it COOL! We've always had a love for vintage things from cars to campers and all things in between, and that's why we are going for a classic feel and try to keep things simple and classy....like us! We want you to walk away from us with a smile, a cool treat and a memory that will last for years to come!
